05 November 2014 I am holding part time COP so my question is whether I can surrender it now in order to evade the 90 CPE hours compliance (which is for COP members)

06 November 2014 Yes ! you can surrender it and in that case you will have to complete 45 cpe hrs in the block of 3 yrs.
