14 January 2012 After confirming the TDS in AS26, we are submitting the IT returns for refund online with CPC, Bangalore.

We are receiving intimations u/s 143 (1), without refunds, stating no TDS for the AY 2010-11 & 2011-12.

Can any body help me, what will be the reason??
Any body facing the same!

15 January 2012 CPC is just checking accuracy & refunding on the basis of information.See again all details are correctly filled.Refund process is very fast.

15 January 2012 There seems to be a few cases like this where data from 26AS does not seem to have flown into CPC systems. This has been highlighted to CPC and they have promised to look into it.
