Study your production process 2. create material master accordingly which material you want to have variable price and which material you want to have standard price. 3. create cost centers 4. create profit centers 5. create costing sheet 6. Costing Implementation can't be explain without knowing about your industry, as it contains many question is to what type of method to be used for product costing which depends on produce characterstics and industry requirement.
