Cost rationalisation can be done many ways however it should not impact the operation and customer. Again it depends in which industry you are. Ist you need to arrest all unnecessary expenses. For an example if certain band and above can be travel by Air than make a rule that overnight journey to be done by train only some thing like that.
For cost rationalisation you have analise all the cost in nore than one angle and take a call. In any organisation in every cost there will be some inefficency and you need to identify and arrest that by bringing a rule in the organisation.
As this common things , we are mfg. company & many types of exp. are comes in P&L A/c. this is very difficult to mark any value to any exp. but is that any list about that we can control this type of exp. in any type of bussiness ??? & how ???
