do we provide for inflation while preparing budgets? and if the inflation is more than we expected or budgeted, is it a normal or abnormal cost and hence do we add it in the selling price or not ?

Inflation is the factor which need to be considered while budget. any variation in the inflation is normal only. no need to show as abnormal
