02 September 2009 A company filed Form - 2, wherein the Authorised capital, Issued and Paid up Capital was inadvertantly entered as same figure.

How to rectify the same now????

The form is already approved.

Kindly help, its urgent

03 September 2009 You have to re-upload the form at MCA portal with correct details.

Prepare a letter mentioning previous mistake and attach the same in optional attachment in revised form 2.
