03 May 2014 i've been asked by my senior to frame a CSR Policy, Since we are preparing Board' Report as per New Companies act

We provide logistics service to Toyota, we are having Road Safety Campaign conducted and we have adopted a government school where we provide books, boards, etc to school

keeping all this in mind i got to prepare a policy help me out

as per the new act our company dont come under the purview of CSR compulsory 2% contribution

03 May 2014 The CSR Policy of the company shall include :
 projects and programs that are to be undertaken.
 a list of CSR projects/programs which a company
plans to undertake, which may also focus on
integrating business models with social and
environmental priorities and processes in order to
create shared value, specifying modalities of
execution in the areas / sectors chosen and
implementation schedules.
