is there any amendment in schedule x of companies act, 1956

02 December 2011 The due date of filing Annual Return to ROC is within 60 days from the date of its Annual General Meeting.

For fee structure you can go through schedule X of Companies Act, 1956.

Otherwise please provide the detail of Capital, i'll tell you ROC fee for incorporating a Company.
