11 February 2012 Iam so confused about how to write answers for illustrations,bcoz there is a lengthy solutions in law practical manual.so please give suggestion regarding this.

11 February 2012 Would suggest you to make your answer in bullet points.. and just answer and write what is essential and forming the crux of the answer.. other details which are ancillary may not be required to be explained in detail so as to reduce the time to answer..

16 February 2012 I would suggest that Munish Bhandari is surely one of the very good books on corporate laws.. he is used very simple form and language to understand.. i suggest that two reading would surely give you a lot of confidence.. try to understand rather than just reading the law..
