Surrendered the cop a month back but not received any intimation from ICAI and my members cop holding status is still active,whether there would be any issues of I take up full time employment.

You just need to call the institute on given helpline nos for members, also you can drop a mail.. and reply to members usually comes fast... So that would help you a lot to get the exact status of your COP
