COP required?

21 April 2010 Can a CA in full time employment render activities like online filing for ROC (probably it requires affixing his signature), service tax, IT returns etc without holding COP? Is it required to hold COP even to do activities like these?

For signing and approving of documents, Full time COP required. For filing and making , no COP is required.

21 April 2010 So does that mean that if i have to attest documents with my digital signature while filing ROC docs i need to hold COP.

21 April 2010 COP means authority to sign as a practicing CA with a stamp.
You understand the other things..
