08 October 2013 If say for 5 years a co-operative society has not prepared its annual accounts, then what consequences are faced by it???

08 October 2013 I dont think co operative society has to submit their accounts anywhere, so better prepare account with back date, if possible..

08 October 2013 But audit is compulsory for cooperative housing society...
U/S 81 of cooperative societies act they have said to get the books audited..
There will be some consequences related to non-audit..
