Dear All, Can anybody guide me in the querry of conversion of Proprietary concern to Company(Pvt). -The draft of MOU required ; - The sequence of the steps to be taken in due process and its effects. Kindly guide in the above.

propreitor firm can not be converted. AS IT does not have the 7 members.
