whats the full procedure fr converting proprietorship into pvt. ltd. co....??? can more than one firm constitute a pvt. ltd. co. and if i want to know full knowledge on the above subject thn wat should i refer...???

First form the private limited company and make a mou for sale of the proprietorship to company and pay the proceeds from the company to proprietor.
You can purchase any number of proprietorship firms.
