Conversion from Final (Old) to Final (New) Course

02 February 2011 Hello Sir/Madam, I have not cleared my CA final IInd group so it is now mandatory to convert to new scheme. Sir below is my query.

Is it mandatory to pay DD of Rs.1100/- although I don't want study material or it is Optional? and what is the last date of submission of form?
