Contract means 1. A binding agreement between two or more parties for performing, or refraining from performing, some specified act(s) in exchange for lawful consideration. 2. The unit of trade for a financial or commodity future.
So first of all you have to test the above facts if it is present then only it is applicable not only to the company but to all the persons you have signed or executed it.
