27 January 2011 Dear sir,
We are doing a manufacturing concern for that we purchase small containers for testing the material can i take the Cenvat credit for the excise duty paid ?

27 January 2011 As long as the containers are in relation to the manufacturing process, there is no problem. Testing is also a process of manufacture.
