08 March 2013 If a builder is providing Construction service from the year 2011-12 and is building only 12 bunglows under its scheme. Now according to the old rule any builders building upto 12 bunglows were exempt from service tax but from 1st July, 2012 it says only 1 bunglow will be exempt from Service Tax. Please guide me as to how can i proceed. Do i have to pay Service tax or not.

08 March 2013 The Old Laws Still Applicable.
If Less Than 12 Flats Build, Then No Service Tax.

08 March 2013 So this means that only bunglows built after 1.07.2012 will fall under Service tax.
