My clients who are in providing security services are planning to set up an institute of security services say an academy for training of security guards. My query is what shall be the consitution can we make a society and register it if so under income tax act we should declare it as a AOP OR BOI What documents are required for formation of AOP OR BOI

It is good to form a Society or Trust. Apply for PAN and than for registration under 12A for exemption of Income. regards caaashishupadhyay@gmail.com
