31 October 2015 if the customer is having different address for Delivery and billing, can it be called consignee address?
While making invoice in Tally 9.

31 October 2015 If Billing & Delivery address are different than Delivery Address can be mentioned in Place of Consignee ( it May be Work place in case of Contract) Billing Address can be mentioned Buyer address.
