16 August 2014 Dear Experts,

A Private Limited company has to (belatedly) file Form CHG-1, but within 300 days.

Kindly provide me draft for the following:

Application to RoC for condonation of delay

Declaration to RoC for condonation of delay

Please provide draft or URL relating to that.
