aCCORDING TO SECTION 87 OF COMPANIES ACT, IF INSTRUMENT SATISFYING THE CHARGE IS NOT FILED WITHIN THE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF PAYMENT OF SATISFACTION, REGISTRAR SHALL NOT REGISTER THE SAME UNLESS THE DELAY IS CONDONED BY MCA
