can i filed appeal because i am late with 8 months yes or no yes on which grounds

Yes you can file the appeal after 8 months but along with the appeal memo you have to file con donation of delay petition and it is up to the CIT(A) or ITAT to admit your appeal or they may reject the same if they are not satisfied with your reasons.
