A partnership firm in himachal submitted its ITR for A/y 2008-09 in July 2008 in Physical form whereas it was supposed to e file its ITR.
There is no notice or query from the department so far.
The firm has also applied for deduction u/s 80 IC.
What can be the consequences ? Whether the deduction u/s 80 IC can be denied on this ground?
