21 February 2014 Composition scheme is a scheme made by Govt to provide benefit to dealer, in this scheme rate of tax is decided by govt, which is lesser than regular rate of tax.
a dealer can opt this scheme if he fit and fulfill terms of opting the scheme.
normally work contractors, hotel business, beckary, etc opt this scheme.
