21 December 2013 what date can be on Compliance certificate? can be after AGM Date before GM date? tell me with examples plzzz

21 December 2013 Dear Ismail,

Usually the date of Compliance Certificate is the Board Meeting date in which accounts are signed by the Directors of the Company. It is before the date of AGM.
