Now, I appoint my Dirctor in EGM as regular Director, can any further process would be done for completion of appointment except form32 filing or like approval from any meeting(Board/AGM)?

No further approval is required from Board or Members. Appointment in EGM is already approved by members. Simply file Form 32. That's sufficient.
