My Articleship is slated to complete on 27th April 2010 (without calculating the period of extension, thus this is the actual completion date)
1st query: While filling the form for registration in CA Final course, I gave that date of my completion of service which was calculated by including extension period which I have to serve with my present employer as I was given excess leave by my previous employer. So, would their arise any problems while submitting the form 108 on 27th april i.e., on the actual date.
2nd query: When would form 107 be submitted - at the same time with form 108, or after any corresspondence with the institute.

Excess leave during previous service was 48 days, thus date of completion including this is 14th June 2010. And I have quoted this date and not 27th April in my final form as date of completion of articleship.

Then you will have to fill form for extension of articleship period in form 107 to be filed within 30 days of entering into the form 107 i. e. within 26.05.2010. Form 108 to be entered at the time of completion of articleship i. e. after 14.06.2010 and to be submitted within 30 days.
