sir/madam if a lady get a compensation by the order of court during the case of divorce then by which it will be taxable in the hand of lady. whether it is taxable or not with reason thanks

There are two important points. One is whether she has got only lumpsum payment by order or she has got lumpsum plus monthly payment as ally money. I will wait for your answer and then reply on the same.
