3. **Class Selection**: Specify the class or classes under which you want to register your logo. Trademarks are registered under specific classes according to the goods or services they represent. For example, logos for software services would fall under Class 42, while logos for clothing would fall under Class 25.
4. **Documentation**: Prepare the necessary documents including a representation of the logo, details of the applicant (individual or company), and proof of payment of the application fees.
5. **Filing and Fees**: Submit the trademark application along with the prescribed fees. The fees vary depending on whether you file the application online or offline, and the number of classes you apply for.
6. **Examination**: The Trademarks Registry will examine your application to ensure compliance with legal requirements. They will also check for any similarity with existing trademarks.
