Company law formalities after shift of registered office

16 December 2011 Hello All

Please guide me on what are the formalities to be fulfilled after getting order from CLB relating to shifting of registered office. Within how many days e-form - 21 is to be filed with ROC and also let me know what other formalities we are required to compile with as mine is NBFC Company also, so any RBI Compliances are also required or just a written intimation to them is ok.

17 December 2011 Section 18(1)(b) says: A company shall file with the Registrar-a certified copy of the order made under sub-setion (5) of that section confirming the alteration, within 3 months from the date of order. Now it is to be given in E-form 21
