04 January 2014 i am confused whether to prepare thememorandum and articles of association of company according to the companies act 1956 or 2013.
please get the solution asap..

08 January 2014 As per current ROC requirements, now AOA should be as per new companies act 2013.

For sample new AOA, kindly use search facility of this site.

10 January 2014 Dear Ankur Sir,

but i got a reply from mca that AOA & MOA needs to b uploaded as per companies act,1956 and only the section applicable as per companies act 2013 needs to be incoorporated.

Is there any restriction that main objects of the company should be restricted to two only.
