11 November 2008 Q 1: What is the difference between Corporate ,Registered& Head office?

12 November 2008 Registered Office is the office registered with ROC, which may not be head office. Term Head office & corporate office are not used in Company Law. They are just used to distinguish factories, branches with their main office which may be registered office.

12 November 2008 Yes. I do agree with Deepu. Corporate office or Head Office may be The Registered Office of the company

12 November 2008 As a matter of fact Corporate office is a colloquial form of calling the admin/head office of a company when it has many functional offices/branches spread all over the city/state or country.
