08 December 2011 will companies bill replace the existing companies act completely or only some amendments would be there in it..and will the companies bill applicable for may 2012 IPCC exams.??

09 December 2011 Firstly companies bill will not applicable for May and november exams 2012..and It will be complete replacement .
