i want to know that in company law filing of a e-form is for a particular purpose only or a single e-form can be filed for various different purposes

and also tell the purpose of filing e-form 23 and e-form 1b.

16 August 2010 One form can be used for filing various resolutions passed in one general meeting in eform 23.
