02 August 2014 what kind of resolution (ordinary or special) is required to be passed to transact an ordinary business at an AGM?
Is there any way to identify the kind of resolution in case of special business?

05 August 2014 Passing of ordinary or special resolution is dependent on the nature of transaction.

For example the matter of increase in authorised capital is to be passed through ordinary resolution.

The matter of change in object clause is to be passed through special resolution.
