18 December 2013 can any one please explain me sec.116 of the companies act 1956 ?

20 December 2013 According to this section -

If a person who is not actually a shareholder but who portrays himself as he is the shareholder or tries to gain any benefit on shares which he is not actually entitled to, will be punished as per this section.
