19 September 2013 hi . i have a doubt that how to read company law .shall i write on my own in the exam but with a correct point . will they fetch mark.

19 September 2013 Yes, they will fetch you even better marks if u write point to point answer in ur own language.

NOTE:
Do not repeat the same thing.
Always write point wise answer.

22 September 2013 Write in your own words but do not change the intention of law. For this I would suggest you to do conceptual study.

Use correct reference book and regularly discuss imp topics with your friends for better grip.
