Auditor is already appointed at AGM and he filed Form23B but company appoint another auditor in place of him at EOGM. Can a new auditor is required to file Form23B and Form23.

Yes, New Auditor Need to File Apart From This New One Have to Take No Objection From Old Auditor provided He is Not First Auditor of Company. I mean 1st Year Appointed in Board Meeting.
