Is a company required to file audit report with Ministry of Corporate Affairs....if yes what is the due date for filing such audit report..???

Pls note that company in required to file full set of Financial Statements (including auditor's report within 30 days from AGM. for further details, refer the link: http://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/dca/annualfiling/annual_filing.html
