There may be possibility that the New Companies Act, 2013 can be applicable for May 2014.

The Institute will issue Notification in this regards.

So wait and watch.

The scenario isn't clear as per the recent notification issued by ICAI...

ICAI will issued justified notification on the applicability of the Act prior 6 months of the examination.....
