17 January 2010 previous auditor was a partner in the firm. How to take communication or NOC for audit if previous auditor is expired?

18 January 2010 When a person signs on behalf of a firm then the successor of the firm or other partner will be treated as a person for communication and therefore you have to write to the firm and get no objection from the existing partner.
