19 June 2014 Board resolution is submitted to banks by company. My question is whether copy of board resolution needs to have common seal affixed? If no then why it is not needed?

19 June 2014 In the first board meeting a resolution is required to be passed for adoption of common seal. It is advisable to put common seal at the time of adoption.
Rest is governed by Articles of the company. Kindly refer Articles.
