sir, i want to ask onething that i have cleared out ipcc ..but i dont want to start my articleship from my home town ..so wherther i can be registered with icai for ca final from my home town or from that place where i will start articleship???

You can register from any place at your choice. You will received any material/correspondence at the address registered by you with ICAI. IN that case regional office may be changed.
