suppose someone carries out future trading in commodities on a recognised commodity exchange like mcx, ncdex etc. and having regards to volume etc., he decides to treat it as his business income and not capital gain income. Now whether such a transaction will be regarded as speculative business or non-speculative business??? Kindly, reply at the earliest and thanks in advance
