Mr. X is a Tenant and he shares his property without the approval of the owner on certain fixed commission basis to the third party on an agreement.What is the legal consequences. Please note that nowhere he has mentioned that he has let out the property...he is sharing plot for the business of the Third Party for term of 6 years.Further can he be regarded as commissioning agent?

Ya thats what I m doubtful....if they are using the term iCommission in the Agreement...do it make it a commission based transaction.Because the person himself is a tenant and he cant rent the plot.... Can he share it or allow to use on Commission?

It is fine unless the original agreement with house owner by the tenant denies to do that. how ever it is not commission income, it is sublet income
