co registered without any paid up cap

a company registred with roc as pub ltd co with authrised cap 50,00,00,000 on 2.04.2008. MCA21 site showing no paid up capital till 30.11.09. is it possible as per com law?

no its not possible as being a public ltd. company its paid up capital should be Rs. 5,00,000 or even you can check out at bseindia site if it is a listed one.
