Impartible estate means the property that cannot be divided into the holders of prperty due to some family conventions.
For Example: A has distributed all of his property between his 3 sons except one building which is occupied by a temple and which is given to the eldest son as per family convention. (All the benefits will be enjoyed by m brothers along with other family members). So this property is to be called Impartible estate and it will hold the eldest son on behalf of other brothers.
