Please clarify - A public limited Company whose shares are not listed but the NCDs are listed with the recognised stock exchange is a listed company or an unlisted company.

At present, if any security issued by a company is traded on any recognised stock exchange, the company can be described as listed. A company should be categorised as a listed entity only if its equity shares or any security convertible into equity shares are listed, or the debt instruments are listed having been issued to public at large.
