13 September 2014 As per my opinion best way to understand rules and schedules interpretation is to read company law articles and participate in company law related discussions.

As per schedule VII of the new companies it is mentioned in 10th point OF Activities that CSR funds can be Granted to the INCUBATOR, But it is not mentioned in the act that for What purpose and use the incubator should use the granted CSR funds clearly?
